Last weekend, 30 ice sculptures were a part of The Ice Trail in York city in conjunction with the upcoming Christmas celebration. Rumor has it that they went all out this time around since they couldn't have one last year due to lack of funds. We were lucky enough to be here during the event so we had a little sculptures-hunt on our own!
The sculptures were strategically scattered and placed all over the city to encourage people to walk and discover York. We braved the cold afternoon walking for 4 hours, trying to locate all 30 sculptures. Unfortunately, we only managed to find 22 out of them but we are glad for the experience nonetheless.
Til next year. Cheers!
